Terms of service

These terms are the agreement between you and I'm Easy, which is run by Oisín Dorgan in London, United Kingdom. Using the app means you accept them.

You need to be 16 or over

I'm Easy is not for anyone under 16. We serve members in both the UK and Ireland, and 16 is the higher of the two minimum ages, so it is the one we apply everywhere. If we learn that an account belongs to someone younger we will close it.

You need an invite

Accounts are created through an invite from an existing member. Do not share your invite link publicly. We may retire a link that is being handed around.

Your content stays yours

You own the photos and words you post. To run the app we need your permission to store them, resize them and show them to the friends you have accepted. You give us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to do exactly that, for as long as you keep the content on I'm Easy, and for no other purpose. We do not license your content to anyone else, use it in advertising, or use it to train models. Deleting content ends the licence.

Only post photos you took or have the right to share, and do not post other people without their agreement.

How to behave

Our community guidelines set out what is not allowed. They are part of these terms. In short: nothing illegal, nothing abusive, nothing that puts another member at risk.

What we can do about it

We can remove content that breaks these terms or the guidelines, and we can suspend or close an account. Where we remove something of yours we will tell you and explain why, and you can appeal by writing to hello@im-easy.app.

Leaving

You can delete your account from your settings at any time. That removes your profile, posts and comments, and sweeps your stored files.

No promises about availability

I'm Easy is provided as it is. We do not promise it will always be available, that place information will always be accurate, or that it will never lose data. Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law does not let us exclude.

Changes and governing law

If we change these terms we will update the date above and tell you in the app when the change is significant. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and its courts have jurisdiction.
